What Is A Preorder?

A preorder item is a product that is not currently in stock but has been secured through one of our upcoming vendor shipments. Purchasing a preorder guarantees your item before inventory arrives.


Estimated Arrival Times (ETA)

All preorder items include an estimated arrival timeframe listed in the product description.

Please note:

  • ETAs are estimates only
  • Shipping delays may occur due to manufacturer, vendor, weather, customs, or carrier delays
  • We are not responsible for delays outside of our control

We will always communicate major delays if they occur.


Shipping Information

Orders containing preorder items will ship once all items in the order have arrived unless otherwise stated.

If you would like items shipped separately based on arrival times, please place separate orders by ETA group.


Combined Orders

If your order includes:

  • ready-to-ship items
    AND
  • preorder items

your order may be held until all items are available unless separate orders are placed.


Payment Policy

Full payment is collected at the time the preorder is placed. This secures your item from our incoming inventory.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Please note: all sales are final.

Due to the nature of preorder inventory, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.


Color & Product Variations

Please note that actual colors may vary slightly due to:

  • screen settings
  • lighting
  • vendor photography

Pattern placement and minor details may also vary slightly from item to item.
